Overview

Spony’s main objective is to overcome the hard tasks involved in finding sponsors for the events. Many events especially in colleges, school and other institutions need sponsors and many businesses in the vicinity of those institutions would be interested to sponsor but both of them are not connected. This causes hardships to the event managers and loss of business to businesses.

Problem Faced

All events from educational institution events to small business gatherings find it difficult to get a sponsor. There is no transparent layer between the business owners and the event managers who are seeking for a sponsor. This makes the process of getting sponsors very difficult.

Goal

To create a seamless platform to connect Business owners and Event Managers to connect to create sponsorships for events and activities. The system is also designed to be intelligent to know the sponsor needs of an event and the sponsoring preferences of the business and match them accordingly.

Solution

MacAppStudio developed the end to end platform to connect business owners and event managers. The apps which are accessed by both business owners and event managers intelligently matched them based on the preferences provided and enabled them to quickly chat to get connected and take it forward. The entire process is also managed by and Admin Dashboard controlled by the Spony team and take the solution across multiple geographies.

Current Status

With its launch in 2019, Spony is now scaling up to a large number of events and sponsors. The scope of the sponsorship has now expanded to activities and causes in addition to just events. The events in one location sometimes is sponsored by people or businesses around the world prove the strength of the core side of Spony.
